According to Tyagachev, on the results of the visit it is planned to sign an agreement on cooperation between Russian and Iraqi Olympic committees both "in terms of mass sport promotion and highest attainments in sport". |
After meeting Iraqi National Olympic committee president Odey Hussein (the eldest son of Saddam Hussein) Leonid Tyagachev is going to conduct negotiations with the vice-president of the country Taha Jasin Ramadan and Vice-premier Tarik Aziz. |
