Dagestan team wins World Championship in armwrestling

World championship on armwrestling is over in Gdynya (Poland), SE-Internet correspondent Alexander POLYAKOV reports. Dagestan sportsmen who participated in the championship as an independent team won in team results.

Dagestan armwrestlers won five golden, one silver and one bronze medals. Ibrahim Ibrahimov, Tagir Magomedov, Ramidin Kazimagomedov, Abdullah Eldarov and Shakhri Shikhmetov became world champions. Rabadan Rabadanov got the second place, Menabedin Kurbanov - the third.
