Magnitogorsk named best sportsmen-2001

Sport elite-2001 winners were chosen in the traditional festival "Zvesdny sneg" in Magnitogorsk, SE-Internet correspondent Boris TITOV reports.

The best players are Russian vice champions Andrey Kutasevich (boxing), Tatiana Gudkova, Dmitry Esipchuk (both - walking), country's champions in boar-racing Igor Kravtsov, Vladimir Sokolov, Artem Safin and Denis Moiseev, world champion in hockey among juniors Alexey Kaigorodov and Russian champion in hockey Ravil Gusmanov.

Best striker of Russian hockey championship - Alexander Golts is acknowledged Sportsmen №1, Metallurg hockey team - year's best team. Year's sensation - Magnitogorsk winter games, championship's and Russian Cup's finals (biathlon) and Russian championship in mountain skiing.
